  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., name/number jerseys, custom engravings) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective

Refunds

  2. Custom/personalized items should be final sale given the teamwear/jersey personalization angle, worth keeping that clause even in the early dropship phase since it protects you as you move toward custom orders.
  3. Refund timeline should match your actual processing (5-10 business days is standard, but check what your dropship supplier's return process actually takes if you're forwarding returns to them).
